For his birthday dinner, we had grilled short ribs and rice. For dessert, I made a pineapple upside down cake with coconut glaze paired with home made coconut ice cream.
A blog started to try to get into this century. For friends and family to try to show them what I have been up to. The name? Well, sometimes, I get obsessed with wanting to eat sushi, a LOT of sushi. So, I find it easier and cheaper to go on a seaweed, vinegar rice rolling binge. It has the added benefit of me being able to add whatever the heck I want.
